Low Back Pain

A lot of problems don’t have to be permanent. However, they don’t always just go away by themselves.

In our everyday lives, we are all subject to occasional bumps and bruises. Some transitory pain that lasts for a day or two is usually not indicative of a serious problem.

However if you find yourself taking days off work once or twice each year; or your sleeping, home-life or hobbies are being restricted, then it’s time to take time to take a closer look.

Low back pain has always one of the most frequent problems for which patients consult our office.

Whether your goal is to wake up pain-free in the mornings, return to golf, or enjoy playing with your grandchildren, Chiropractic care may be able to help you on your road to improvement.

Generally patients wish to:

  • Decrease Pain
  • Improve Function
  • Minimise Recurrence

The first step is to establish an accurate diagnosis and agree on a treatment plan that is suitable for a particular patient.

The  first visit with your Chiropractor will involve a discussion of your condition and your life-style. This will be followed by an in-depth examination.
